We are currently looking for a new colleague in a trade marketing team for Deodorants category in Czech Republic.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility within CCD (Channel & Category Development) for DEODORANTs, the biggest category in UL Beauty & Personal care division (including brands Rexona, Dove & Dove MEN+CARE, AXE, Schmidt’s)
- Preparation, coordination & evaluation of trade marketing activities of the given categories,
- Own and drive operational plans for 12 months at respective channels (incl. innovation, portfolio, activation, promotion, in-store communication, budgeting),
- Strategic guidance to customer development teams (sales), manage trade fundamentals for the brands, sets distribution targets and promo price strategies,
- Briefing, communication and cooperation with external agencies or internal business partners (KEY relationships: sales organization, marketing, finance, supply chain)
- Represent given categories towards Brand Marketing teams, with deep knowledge of market/customers/channels,
- Competition monitoring incl. promotions/prices & data analyzing
Candidates profile and requirements:
- Ability to handle complex agenda, with multiple tasks,
- Growth mindset and customer/consumer focus
- Proactive approach, team player (people management is advantage)
- Preferred with sales/marketing experience
- Ability to read and work with data
- English - fluent, Czech or Slovak is also required
